B&B RELEASE WAIVER
Download and print release waiver. Fill out all information completely and accurately. Bring to first tournament that you intend to fish. Each participant must have a signed waiver on file to be eligible to fish any B&B Bass Tournament Series event.
B&B YOUTH WAIVER
This waiver must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian of all tournament participants under 18 years of age.
